The underground rivers of Gold estrew from
greed, hence not one knew. Myths and legends 
curtail belief, labeling such wondrous 
sites as imagined, reeling in the mind
and with it worlds of Truth. The 
venturous skilled few aware
of the depths seek nothing,
especially (not) selfish gain, leaving
the rivers of Gold to
flow timelessly. Sub-montane 
etherwards left for folklore
and the like. Truth is told
but solid belief too bold
an admittance
for one who
puts responsibility 
towards the perception
of their life.
